Dealing with nerves in performance- Practise techniques used by teachers and psychologists to change your way of thinking and start to enjoy playing in public

September 21st-23rd Fee £150 
B&B at Trehawsa is £30 per person, per night when available. Camping is free but basic! Minimum numbers are required before courses can go ahead. Please note that we can NOT cater for any special diets apart from Vegetarian/Vegan. 
Courses start 7pm Fridays with dinner plus first session, and finish on Sundays at 4pm.
